User details will not be shared with any third parties with the exception of their designated training provider and Skills Pathways mentor for those accepted into the Skills Pathways program. If a user elects to share their Skills Profile then such details as they add to their profile will be visible to potential employers. The option to hide or display their Skills Profile is always available to the user.
From time to time, we may use user information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. R&CA reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be void, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, then that portion of the provision which creates the invalidity, unlawfulness or unenforceability will be severable from these Terms and will not otherwise affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
